"Poor customer service. The Drive Safe & Save program is invasive. Quoted me for home owners, made me wait over a month for any sort of update, and then decided to decline coverage two weeks after my previous coverage was discontinued. It is miserable to find new coverage when your insurance has lapsed. The first agent I spoke to left at some point and was replaced with Hannah who had told me, “there would be no lapse in coverage and the original 8/5 effective date would still be effective.” Thanks for nothing. I recommend folks take their business elsewhere."
