"After reviewing my State Farm account, I saw that State Farm increased my rate from $131 a month to $182 a month. Because State Farm pulled up an old record of an at-fault accident happen five years ago. It was from my previous insurance which took care of my problem five years ago. I thought I would get a fresh start with a new policy, a new insurance company, and better rates and services. This is our first incident and we feel wronged by all car insurance quotes. No one wants that to happen, but it just happened unexpectedly."

"We transferred our insurance to JDs office from a different agent wr had been with for over a decade.
Len was amazing with helping get the policies moved over. He explained that we were changing regions so the transfers took a little time, but he made sure they all came through correctly. There were a few issues with some of our policies and Len knows how things are supposed to go and was able to get everything straightened out.
Once our policies were fully at JDs office Len sat down with me and went over all of the policies. He had found errors that were made by the previous agent on our homeowners insurance and by taking the time needed to go through the policy saved us 400+ a year on homeowners alone. Our previous agent had let these things go unnoticed for nearly a decade.
Len checked on several of our policies and found some significant errors from our old agent and made sure to work with us to get proper coverages in place. He took the time to pull up varying he different costs for varying deductibles on our vehicles to see what was the best fit for us
Len made us feel genuinely cared for at the office and his knowledge of how thing work behind the scenes really shows and allows him to give top notch service. I know of I have any questions he is quick to respond and when any problems come up he can fix them right away. He's always helpful and even when he's busy he'll take the time to call and get us an answer.
The office has a great rule of notifying the client for any significant cost changes and it has been great. I hated my old agent not keeping track of mileage cost changes and surprise jumps in monthly costs.
We recently got a notification for one vehicle and Len was quick to look into it and see we had a significant change in miles driven on one vehicle and offer options if we needed to change coverage or deductible amounts to save on costs.
Employees like Len are the reason we use JDs office even when it's over an hour away from us."

"Been with state farm for a long time and thought id try and save $15 a month going to alstate only to be lied to and prices skyrocketed after 6 months with no changes to my policy or information. I decided id come back to state farm because ive trusted them for a long time and always have great service when needed. When I was leaving alstate I found gill at jd snead office and he spent 2 or 3 days looking for every deal he could possibly get for me and got my price down to just a cpl dollars more than what allstate had offered me to get started with them and ik it will stay this price cuz ive been a loyal customer of state farm for a long time and thats one of the deals gill helped bring my price down even lower. He went above and beyond what you would usually expect from and insurance agent and I recommend you get your insurance through this office they really want your business and not just at any price they want to help you pay as little as possible and it showed each and every time gill called me throughout the 3 days of looking for every deal he could get me on. Dont make my mistake and go with another insurance company go with this state farm office and be happy and enjoy the stress free process of anything you might have to go through in the future be it an accident road side assistance or a chipped windshield. State farm is the best company in my opinion and jd snead's office is the best ive dealt with within state farm"

"I cancelled my life insurance policy with JD back on February 11th, it is now June 1st and I have not received my refund even though I keep being told it's on it's way. First they sent it to the wrong address then they said that it wasn't sent yet, and no it's been almost 2 months since I last heard anything back. Do not do business with this agent or anyone in his office.
Editing to add that I had been a loyal State Farm customer for over 7 years 6 with another agent who was absolutely incredibly amazing, after just under 2 years with JD I will NEVER do business with State Farm again."
