· What are you happiest doing, when you’re not working? When I’m not at work I love to be with my son. He is my bff and any quality time I get with him is my favorite part of my life.

What would be your personal motto? “People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.”

What do you do with friends in your spare time? With my friends I enjoy hiking, playing pickleball and basketball, discussing theology, and learning new dance moves.

What are you happiest doing when you’re not working? When I’m not working, I enjoy spending quality time with my wife Mika the most. We love visiting coffee shops in Sacramento, cooking Asian cuisine, and watching our favorite TV show (Suits).

What do you think are the strongest skills that you bring to your job? I bring an active readiness to listen to a customer’s concerns, a knack for building relationships, and a commitment to exceeding the expectations of every customer.
